From CEO for Celine Dion to senior roles at Cirque du Soleil, Aldo has been central in creating world-class live experiences. His 17 years as COO at the Bell Centre and leadership at the Montreal Forum Arena have given him deep insights into the operational challenges in sports and entertainment—industries where Alfred enhances beverage experiences. Aldo’s expertise in fan engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue-driving partnerships will directly support Alfred’s mission to refine F&B offerings and maximize profitability.

Rick Tran, with over 20 years of experience in commercial leadership and business transformation, will help Alfred optimize F&B operations. His expertise in sales strategy and partnerships, developed at Postmedia Network, QuickSeries, and Algomine.ai, will strengthen Alfred's innovative solutions and drive revenue growth for its F&B clients.

With 20 years of experience in technology, Arnaud stands out through his exceptional journey in the world of startups and e-commerce. Having grown up in the restaurant industry through his family's bars and restaurants, he developed early on a keen understanding of business operations and customer service.
His passion for AI and SaaS solutions, combined with his dynamic approach to business development, makes him a key player in technological innovation. His unique expertise spanning both hospitality and technology, along with his ability to generate rapid results, make him a valuable asset in accelerating our clients' digital transformation.

A positive leader, Raphaêl Lévesque has risen through the ranks at top speed since joining Alfred.

He's passionate about the customer experience and knows exactly what to expect from renowned establishments like some of our customers. His knowledge, experience, and resilience enable Alfred's product to constantly surpass itself and bring value to our clients and their customers.

An IT specialist and Scrum Master extraordinaire, Rosalie Bouchard-Guérin is a passionate team player with several years of experience as a functional analyst and quality assurance manager.
This experience, combined with the knowledge she continues to develop every day through the research she does daily, makes her an essential asset to Alfred's growth and competitiveness in the increasingly competitive artificial intelligence market.

Since joining Alfred, Xavier has risen through the ranks thanks to his expertise, attentiveness, and eagerness to learn.
Previously holding the role of Marketing Director, he has since applied his efficiency and talents to business development and larger-scale operations. He is central to the easy running of every project, masterfully combining the discipline he developed during his master's degree in history at Université Laval, with the practical skills he acquired through his MBA.

With a career spanning more than 25 years of entrepreneurial experience in the technology industry, Guy Doucet is the man behind the very first version of Alfred, then called Celliers Intelligents et Gaspard.
His engineering background and solid skills in financing and strategic partnerships make him a key player in Alfred's development in various national and international markets. Guy also actively contributes to developing new data points and several innovations powered by artificial intelligence.

A well-known figure in Quebec and international restaurant world, Ian Purtell has over 25 years' experience in management and made his reputation with Le Coureur des Bois Bistro Gourmand, the only Wine Spectator "Grand Award" winner in Quebec.
Recognized for his leadership, he is an indisputable resource for developing the Alfred platform, specifically to meet the various needs of the industry. An exceptional sommelier, he has seen several wine lists win worldwide awards.
