Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success & Software Integration Agent who is passionate about technology, customer service, and social media. You will play a key role in supporting clients, from integrating our solutions to training them, while also contributing to the automation of customer support through AI. Additionally, you will manage our online user community and organize virtual and in-person events to drive engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Assistance
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our solutions.
- Track and follow up on customer requests to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Work closely with technical and product teams to improve the user experience.
Client Onboarding & Training
- Guide new clients through the integration and setup of our solutions.
- Train clients on key features to maximize the value of our technology.
- Create and update user guides, tutorials, and knowledge base resources to improve customer autonomy.
Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Leverage AI and digital tools to optimize and automate customer support processes.
- Implement standards and workflows to improve responsiveness and efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of chatbots and AI-driven assistants to reduce repetitive inquiries and enhance user experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and propose continuous improvements to our products and services.
Community Engagement & Social Media Management
- Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X).
- Grow and engage our online user community
- Organize webinars, conferences, and virtual events to showcase our solutions and train clients.
- Monitor comments and mentions to ensure proactive interaction with our community.
On-Site Presence at Events
- Be available to travel to project sites during major events (e.g., Montreal Formula 1 Grand Prix, festivals, sports events, etc.).
- Provide on-the-ground support to assist and train clients in real-time during critical operations.
- Offer technical and operational support on-site to maximize the performance of our solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
✅ Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
✅ Experience in customer service, software integration, or technical support.
✅ Excellent communication and teaching skills to effectively train clients.
✅ Passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
✅ Experience or interest in artificial intelligence and automation.
✅ Strong knowledge of social media and the ability to engage with an online community.
✅ Experience in community management, webinar hosting, and event planning.
✅ Ability to structure processes and optimize operational efficiency.
✅ Availability to travel occasionally for major client events (including some weekends).
