David is a native of Quebec and joined Alfred Technologies two years ago, but has been assigned to the Private Collectors Division for just over a year. He has a strong educational background, including a bachelor’s degree in biology, a master’s in Environmental Biogeosciences, and a professional specialization certificate in sommelier training; his enthusiasm for wine perfectly reflects his meticulous and thorough work.

As the Operations and Customer Service Coordinator, David's mission is to inform and guide you throughout your journey. His attentive listening and ability to propose tailored solutions to meet your needs make him a valuable asset to our community. He also ensures you are guided through every step of the process, from explaining our solutions to their implementation. David works closely with various teams at Alfred Technologies to develop innovative strategies aimed at continuously improving the application and the different services offered to you. He makes sure your feedback is considered and integrated into updates, thus guaranteeing you an optimal user experience. David also manages the Alfred.vin platform with his colleagues, showcasing a selection of rare wines available in Alfred's reserve cellar.
With several years of experience in the restaurant industry, David has developed a strong ability to navigate dynamic and demanding environments, giving him a deep understanding of your expectations and allowing him to respond to your needs with professionalism and responsiveness. His personality profile as an Administrator reflects his pragmatism, rigor, and strategic mindset—qualities that enable him to tackle daily challenges calmly and effectively.
