Partage Restaurant in Las Vegas embodies the American dream of Chef Yuri, Pastry Chef Vincent, and Owner Nicolas Kalpokdjian, who moved from Michelin-starred kitchens in Paris, Les Baux-de-Provence, and Courchevel in 2015. Arriving with only their backpacks and savings, they named their new venture "Partage," meaning "sharing" in French, to reflect their commitment to sharing exceptional culinary experiences.
Nicolas Kalpokdjian, CEO and Manager, brings extensive international experience to Partage, including roles in France, Hong Kong, China, and Brazil. A self-taught wine enthusiast, he has made a mark in Las Vegas with his expertise in French wines, highlighted by the French wine club and the curated selection at Grand Cru by Partage. Nicolas's accomplishments include serving renowned guests like Michelin-starred Chef Alain Ducasse and tennis icon Andre Agassi, and his previous venture, Eatt Gourmet Bistro, was named Best Restaurant in Las Vegas in 2018. Partage also offers a private room with immersive 360-degree virtual experiences and customized event dining, reinforcing its position as a distinguished dining destination.
