Alfred Technologies is excited to announce the arrival of two new members to our leadership team: Aldo Giampaolo, who joins as Business Development Executive and will be based in Las Vegas, United States, overseeing clients across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, and Rick Tran, who joins as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. With their exceptional leadership and broad industry expertise, both will play a critical role in advancing Alfred’s mission to Enhance New Revenue Streams through AI-driven strategies and innovative technologies.
Aldo Giampaolo – Business Development Executive
Aldo Giampaolo, with his deep roots in the sports, entertainment, and hospitality industries, will be a key asset in expanding Alfred’s footprint in the F&B sector within these verticals. Throughout his 30-year career, Aldo has played a pivotal role in creating world-class live experiences, from his time as CEO and General Manager for Celine Dion to his senior roles at Cirque du Soleil. Aldo’s experience in managing large-scale venues, including his 17 years as COO at the Bell Centre and his leadership at the Montreal Forum Arena, has given him a deep understanding of the operational and customer experience challenges faced by the sports and entertainment sectors—industries where Alfred is focused on delivering enhanced beverage experiences. Aldo’s expertise in optimizing fan engagement, improving operational efficiencies, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships will directly translate to Alfred’s mission of refining F&B experiences and maximizing profitability.
Rick Tran – Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Rick Tran’s extensive 20-year career in sales leadership and business transformation will directly benefit Alfred’s efforts to optimize food and beverage operations. With a proven track record in driving market expansion, Rick’s expertise will play a key role in helping Alfred develop and execute sales strategies that maximize revenue for F&B clients. His leadership in organizations such as Postmedia Network, QuickSeries, and Algomine.ai—where he led the growth of cloud, AI and SaaS markets—will help Alfred further elevate its innovative solutions and accelerate our growth and offer even more targeted, revenue-driving strategies for our F&B clients. Leveraging his experience with consultative sales and partnerships with hyperscalers, SaaS providers, and tech startups, Rick will help Alfred refine its offerings and support clients in transforming their beverage operations into hyper-personalized, revenue-generating experiences.
